Ristorante & Bar
Four Generations of Fine Italian Cuisine
Est. 1932 · Hanover Street, Boston
Mother Anna's story began in 1932, when our family first opened the doors of our beloved Hanover Street restaurant in Boston's legendary North End. For nearly a century, the Caparella family has honored those original recipes and traditions — passed down through four generations of passion for authentic Italian cooking.
Today, Alan Caparella — the great-grandson of Mother Anna herself — carries that proud legacy to Pembroke, bringing the warmth, flavor, and spirit of the North End to the South Shore. From our housemade sauces to our handcrafted pastas, every dish tells the story of a family devoted to the art of Italian cuisine.
